These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Enji Chat, a software system for business messaging, customer support, operator workflows, AI-assisted replies, and request management.
Use of the Service
Enji Chat may be used only for lawful business communication and support purposes. Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the service complies with applicable laws, platform rules, WhatsApp Business terms, Meta policies, and their own obligations to customers.
Accounts and Access
Administrators and operators must keep account credentials secure and must not share access with unauthorized persons. The business using Enji Chat is responsible for the actions of its users.
Customer Communications
The connected business is responsible for the content of messages sent through Enji Chat, including operator replies, automated replies, templates, service information, pricing, and any follow-up communication.
AI-Assisted Responses
Enji Chat may generate draft or automated responses based on configured business data, prompts, and conversation context. AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate. The business is responsible for configuring the system, reviewing sensitive workflows, and deciding when human operator review is required.
Prohibited Use
Users must not use Enji Chat to send spam, unlawful content, deceptive messages, harmful instructions, unauthorized marketing, or content that violates messaging platform policies. Abuse may result in suspension of access.
Availability
We aim to keep the service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be affected by maintenance, third-party APIs, hosting providers, Meta services, internet connectivity, or force majeure events.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Enji Chat is provided without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Enji Chat after updates means acceptance of the revised terms.
